An east-facing room with a door to the outside yard. Sunny in the morning. It is a quiet corner at the back of the ground floor.

The room has a sink, desk and chairs for three people. At some point we may have a printing press in here which would be available for use/hire and used in printmaking classes.

The room can be used as a meeting room, short hire studio space, or a quiet space for some uninterrupted work.

Access

via the courtyard entrance – there is a step-free route.

Facilities

There is access to tea-making facilities in a ground floor kitchenette, and there is an accessible ground floor WC. Parking is not available except by prior arrangement.

Sessions and Costs

9.30am-1pm / 1.30-5pm  / 5.30-9pm – each 3.5hrs

Session cost £15 (i.e. just under £5/hr)

• A quiet workspace for meetings, tutoring or creative work
